“Savanna Samson and Robert Cipresso are to be commended for introducing such a daring and unique blend to the United States, when they could have tried a much safer (albeit boring) sangiovese-merlot-cabernet blend. Of all the celebrity branded wines I have tasted so far, this one ranks near the top of the list, no doubt due to the formidable talents of Mr. Cipresso (who has produced Brunello for such famous wineries as Ciacci Piccolomini, Poggio Antico, and his own estate winery Fattoria La Fiorita)”- VinoCritic.com.
Sogno Uno is a blend of 70% Cesanese, 20% Sangiovese and 10% Montepulciano made from grapes grown in Lazio. Savanna traveled to Tuscany and did the tasting herself as is the case with all of her wines.
This gorgeous Italian red was produced in limitted quantity making it a much sought after vintage for any avid wine collector.

Dark ruby with purple undertones, this Italian red from Piedmont has good acid backbone with lots of depth, firm structure and a silky, understated texture.
With its red fruit flavors such as wild cherry and hints of raspberry it is also layered with suggestions of ripe black fruit. This Barbera made from 50 year old vines, improves with some aeration and has amazing length.
It is a blend within the same garden as the grapes were picked at three different times during the harvest then blended back together.
This stands wonderfully on it’s own and even better with meats, pasta and yes even pizza!
